These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell premium home climbing walls — climbing holds, T-nuts and bolts, fingerboards, ready-drilled panels and campus boards, freestanding climbing frames and full home wall and adjustable-angle kits — to build a bouldering wall in a garage, spare room or garden. The fixing, the dynamic loads and the crash-mat requirement are stated on each listing.

Fixing, loads & the crash mat

Home climbing means falling — plan for the fall first. Climbing panels, boards and walls must be fixed to a sound, load-bearing structure (solid wall or a properly built frame) with the correct bolts and T-nuts torqued to spec, because a climbing hold pulls the fixing outward under body weight; an undersized fixing or a weak backing can fail. Always have a thick bouldering crash mat under the wall covering the full fall zone, keep the fall height sensible and the area clear of hazards. Inspect holds, bolts and T-nuts regularly and re-tighten — holds spin loose with use. Climb within your ability, warm up, and supervise children at all times. This is sports equipment, not a medical device, and the mat is essential, not optional. CE marked where applicable.
