Aurelivelle Fingerboard

A fingerboard (hangboard) with a range of edges, pockets and slopers for grip and finger-strength training in a doorway or on a wall, the most space-efficient piece of climbing training kit. Shaped polyurethane or wood with mounting holes; fixed to a sound, load-bearing lintel or wall rated for a dynamic hang, over a mat. Train grip within your ability and warm up — fingers take time to adapt.
